I have a few pairs of Ernest Wright scissors and I cannot rate the quality high enough.
The last pair I received had a slight flaw but when I enquired about a repair there was no hesitation and I received a brand new pair by return of post.
I have found the cusomer care second to none and would recommend Ernest Wright Scissors to anyone looking for a precision instrument which is both a good investment and a beautiful piece of workmanship.
