I received the new seat two days after ordering it and fitted it the same morning. The original seat and lid were extremely dull and the soft close on the lid never worked. The colour was much whiter and the soft close feature worked on the seat and the lid. The replacement was better than the original in all aspects.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, I had a technical query with the parts supplied I originally contacted this company via email on the 25th August, on the 26th August a lady asked me to send photos of the instructions and parts pack which I did on the same day. So technical did not have access to fitting instructions and asked me to supply them. I duly sent what was asked, 13 days after my original query I had not received an answer to the issue, so I sent another email asking for an update this was on Monday 6th September, 3 days later and I am still waiting for a reply, I cannot accept that Covid is responsible for the delay, there is a telephone number on the website but when you call this it makes it plain you can only speak to sales and any technical issues must be sent via email, so if you wanted to purchase that’s fine and you can speak to a person, I know realise that this company as no intentions of resolving issues that people may have with their products and don’t intend wasting my time trying to contact them again I will now search online for review sites to make people aware of the terrible customer service that can be expected from this company The toilet seat was the Gallasia SA02

Very pleased to have found your website - the replacement seat service is a very good idea. Otherwise, I would have had to replace the whole bowl as well. The ordering and delivery processes were efficient and I received the new seat in Poland within a few days. The replacement seat is better than the original - more comfortable and slow-closing. The only let-down were the fitting parts, which although provided for two attachment options, did not quite fit. The attachment screws for the earlier-type fitting, which my bowl had, were simply too long for the recesses and the instructions were unclear. But using a combination of the supplied parts and the old attachment screws, I was able to solve the problem and mount the new seat securely. It was still worth it, despite the extra hassle!

Wow, Before purchasing from your company I verified through a local plumber who supplies Pressalit toilet seats for the parts, it would have cost me double and a wait time of 8 weeks. then I contacted Pressalit directly and they recommended your company. Customer service email promptly dealt with to identify replacement seat for obsolete version. Ordering on website was easy and order came after 2 working days by courier. A problem with fixing was quickly solved when ringing Tech support who pointed out a very helpful instruction video. Overall highly efficient and friendly service.

Good quality fitting. However no instructions and took some while to sort it out and fit it. This loo seat and cover is to replace the old one BUT had different fittings and thus very complicated to fit.

Ordered replacement water inlet valve for my toilet, very disappointed when it finally arrived. There were 2 pieces missing, rubber washer and locking key. Had to use parts off old valve and get a washer from local hardware shop, couldn't do without a toilet any longer so I didn't return it. Definitely wouldn't use again.

I ordered a replacement top fitting d shaped red toilet seat from this company a couple of weeks ago. They delivered an oval shaped one first time round. I emailed them: no response, so I called them. A disinterested young lady said they would send a replacement. I sent a follow up email a couple of days later to enquire when I might expect the correct seat: no response. Well, the replacement was delivered today. Right seat, wrong fittings! I managed to cobble something together from the 1st one sent and this latest one to actually be able to fit the seat. If the M.D. of the company takes the time to read reviews; you need a review yourself....... of work practices in your warehouse and head office mate. More speed, less haste. Obviously, I won’t be returning the 1st seat to you as a) I had to open it to get the right fittings and b) you didn’t send the returns form your obviously bored receptionist said would come with the replacement. What a waste of time and (your) money!

Really helpful service to determine the correct seat for our toilet even though it was pretty old. Prompt and quick delivery. Checked that the hinge fittings looked ok re width of hole in pan and all seemed fine so opened the sealed bag. However when starting to fit the seat the fittings had a spring toggle nut which was too big to go through the hole in the ceramic pan - never thought to check this part. It was very awkward to attach it to the bolt from underneath. Fitted one but dropped the other before securing and it fell into the well and I couldn't retrieve it with any tools even a magnet on string wouldn't pick it up as the toggle was not magnetic. So had to purchase replacement toggle from local hardware shop. Fortunately the new toggle nut fitted the existing bolt (standard thread) and was able to fit. So just thought you might like to know that where there is a toggle fitting, which I think is quite unusual, you need to make sure the fitting hole in the pan is wide enough.

The seat arrived exactly as promised & on time. Will definitely use them again next time I need any bathroom items
