Ordered a washing machine part on a 3-5 delivery 3 days ago. looked at the tracking to see that it was still being processed! called them to ask what was happening as they had taken the money from my account, to be told that THEY would not have the until 4th February..... but could not give us a date when it would be delivered to us.

Nothing on their site tells you they have to order parts in, supposing I had paid for special delivery, they would have taken my money but knew they could not deliver the part.

I would tell people to avoid this company, they have my money but I have no part and no idea of when it will come if ever,

Customer manager when spoken to seemed totally disinterested. No help offered just Oh! well that's the way it is.

Avoid at all costs.
