On the same day I was expecting materials to be delivered to site from BSO, I receive an automated email from them to say that my order has been refunded with no explanation.

I had to call them (in itself not an easy task as annoyingly they are one of those companies that have no telephone number on their site - live chat was not working on my computer). When I eventually did get in contact with them I was told it was because they could not source most of the items I had bought on their site.

Other than the cost and programme implications this has caused, not to have the courtesy or professionalism to at least inform me beforehand (or in fact at all) demonstrates the type of internet company this is. I would stay well away from them.
