Ordered a cloakroom washstand. The first delivery was on time but with the wrong item. Called customer service and it took them another 3 days to tell me when the redelivery would be. When the second delivery came, it took the driver half and hour to locate the items. In short, very poor logistics service! Like the NHS, it does the job as long as you are happy to wait.
