V unsatisfactory experience with Bathroom Village.
Ordered washbasin which was damaged on arrival.
They also hadn't sent handles for it. When pointed this out, they then sent wrong handles. Chased them again and they finally sent right ones, but getting them from their equally poor delivery partner UK Mail was a challenge in itself.
Spent a lot of time sorting out their errors. Aftersales service was really underwhelming. A simple apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated, but this was not forthcoming.
Will not use again.
