Awful!! Terrible customer service. Groupon sofa ordered and received email saying it was on its way (only reason i ordered it was becuase it was a short delivering period)and then 4 days later got call saying it was out of stock and I could have a purpole one (I'd ordered BLACK!) or a refund (still showing as availiable on the website and when I pointed this out was told that if somebody ordered it then they'd be told it was out of stock!) No attempt to sort this out, such bad customer service.
