I was wary of buying online furniture I had not seen, but the staff were happy to take multiple photos from various angles on request and assured me that I could return anything I was not happy with free of charge. When I ordered the furniture, they told me exactly when I could expect to receive it and let me know when there was a slight delay. The furniture turned up exactly when they said and their delivery people phoned beforehand to let me know they were on their way. When, several weeks later, I discovered a slight defect in one of the chairs I ordered, I emailed them a photo and they immediately said they'd be happy to replace it, despite me living a vey long way from their shop, free of charge and no quibbling. Once again, they arranged a date for this and kept to it.
I have found Top Furniture to be nothing but helpful, well-organised and prompt. I can't think of anything to fault them on. If only all internet shopping could be this easy
As to the furniture itself I ordered a dining table and six chairs and couldn't be happier with it - it's of excellent quality.
