love the chair fits in exactly with my room size and colour scheme and it is also extremely comfortable. Very easy to make my order over the telephone we arranged to pick the chair up from the factory. When we arrived it was ready at the time arranged - everyone was extremely helpful and friendly in fact an overall extremely positive experience. everyone who comes into my house says 'love your new chair' and I then explain that you advertise in all the 'mags' and I am a very happy customer ..thanks

Glad to hear that you are happy with our overall service and I am sure that the chair will keep you happy and in comfort for many years.
I am also glad you enjoyed collecting from the factory where you will have had an opportunity to see for yourself the quality stated in our literature and that the staff were friendly.
