incredibly proffessional from start to finish....I used NCC for custom blinds and curtains in a few rooms in my house...from start to finish they have been nothing but helpful and efficient. Arranging to do measuring around times that workfed for myself and my husband, always on email to answer any questions as well as offer advice based on their extensive experience, stayed in touch to keep me updated on my order as it progressed. We ended up using fabrics from NCC as well as some we found from an external fabric company but they were brilliant in assisting sourcing it for us. Nothing was a hassle and I am very happy with the service especially having used other companies that were much more expensive and didn't offer anywhere near the customer service I recieved from NCC.
