Recently order some goods, payment was taken immediately. Nothing had arrived after 3 weeks, company contacted who told me goods had been despatched. This turned out to be untrue and was later told that they were waiting for the goods to come in stock with a delivery within the week. Did not happen. Contacted them for a refund. Still nothing happened. Since contacted them via email with attention to the Managing Director. So far no reply.

Stay away from this company. It is diabolical.
