Specifically went with this company for express delivery, and chose a sofa according to this. The company promised a delivery for 14/12 between 9-1 and then bombarded me with texts and emails telling me to be in during this time. Come 1pm I rang them asking where my sofa was and they said they had booked it to be transferred from their warehouse in Rugby to London on the same day my delivery was supposed to happen. They then told me they could only deliver my sofa on Tuesday to which I then complained, as I had to switch my work schedule around already for this 'delivery.' They eventually agreed to Sunday and to refund my delivery fee of £66. This took over an hour, the majority of which was spent on hold. Overall, don't waste your time or money on this company, as they don't care at all about the customers. The amount of time I wasted trying to actually get my product wasn't worth it. They clearly require massive updates on their logistics systems, as they don't seem to understand that products can't be in two places at once.
