ordered a dining set on 24th Nov.2018 and told delivery will be 24th Jan 2019. come that time no delivery and when i called the company i was told there was a mistake with delivery details. i believed them and then the next delivery was 7th feb 2019 . still nothing. called them for a refund but the lady spoke utter nonsense and with no professionalism then hang up on me . called again nobody answered. emailed them for a refund still to date nothing. thankfully i ordered using a credit card so my credit card company is chasing them for undelivered goods. whenever purchasing any items then you come across sergeliving just ran away. ladies and gentlemen i request you not to order any furniture from serge living. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND A FRIEND OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SERGE LIVING

months to receive a dining table (was promised 4 weeks for delivery). I have, to date, never received my chairs and when confronted over email, the person I dealt with eventually offered to give me a part refund but has never supplied in full. He still owes money today. I’d advise not placing an order. He’s had enough chances To correct his wrongs but now enough is enough. I’ll be visiting his shop to get my money back - his shop can state by appointment only but that won’t deter me. Buyers beware he is also trading under prestigediningsets.com

Avoid this company at all cost, will take your money but not send your goods. The person I dealt with is the lowest of the low and everything is always someone else's fault which it is not. He is rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Please do not buy anything from here, all his items can be found from other suppliers, my table set I found £300 cheaper and goy it in a week.

Do not buy from Sergeliving and Middleton Furnishings. Already owned SL Gardens LTD which was devolved. Unfortunately any money given like I did to the sum of £1985 won’t be returned and you don’t get your goods. He promises a 4 week delivery and I have waited 3 months, he’s extremely difficult to get a hold of and only returns emails if you are buying not when money has been handed over. Anyone else in this position then please report your case to Action Fraud Police, happy to help anyone in a similar position as I am in the process of dealing with solicitors, local authorities where he runs his shop, Company’s House, Police and Banking Fraud departments. He uses Nat West in case anyone else wishes to report this type of activity. Let’s make sure no one buys from him, spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered table and chairs and received nothing after 3 months. Messages have gone unanswered, the only time I have managed to reach the owner I have received excuses but no delivery date. Gave up after 3 months and asked to be refunded. Totally ignored so now I have had to raise a chargeback through the bank like so many other reviewers. Steer clear and be warned!

I order my table and chairs 3 months ago paid money straight away promised you will get 2 to 3 weeks now more than 3 months still waiting stories and excuses don't buy anything from there

Took my money and never heard from they again. Blocked from contact or commenting on their page. I will be setting up a page on Facebook to warn people about this company. These people should not be allowed to get away with this. Please don’t fall into the same trap as I did. Do not buy!

Purchased a dining table 3 months ago was told i would receive in 3-4 weeks and 3 months on no table or refund have had to give to my card company to get a refund but who knows how long it will be. Don not buy anything from this company

I purchased a dining table and chairs, they didn’t not deliver or could provide me with a delivery date so I asked for a refund. I have been waiting 3 months for a refund of over £1800. They have blocked me from their Facebook page and are not responding to my messages. I have now been forced to file a chargeback to claim back my money. I would urge anyone to think twice about ordering from them!

We bought furniture a few months ago. The goods didn't turned up when they said and the guy is still not paying us back the money we paid. The shop is hardly ever open (they probably don't want to get caught). Am reporting to the police.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Unfortunately I paid a substantial amount of money for goods in early November 2017 and was told that delivery would be made in the first week of December 2017. Around the due delivery date, I endeavoured to make contact and all calls/emails were unanswered. After persistently attempting to get through, I was eventually told by the owner that due to 'courier issues', delivery would be delayed. I asked for a refund due to non-delivery. No refund has been made to date despite consistent chasing. I have reported this as fraud to the police; am beginning civil procedings and will be raising it over social media arenas as well as through local friends, family and businesses in Manchester. They should not be allowed to get away with this. From this website it is clear that unfortunately many people have been similarly duped. Please feel free to contact me should you wish to obtain further details.

I ordered a table and chairs which I was told would be delivered in up to 4 weeks. After 6 weeks contacted them to see where it was ( you can't call voicemail suggests sending an email ) after 3 days got a reply it would be with me in a weeks time ( now 2 months ) that day arrived and no delivery, I emailed them again to be told it would be the next day, again no delivery after waiting in all day (again!) I emailed them again to be told there was a problem with the chairs and did I want different ones !? I said no forget it please refund me. Again a few days go by and they want me to send my bank card details by email which isn't secure so I said please call me, I finally get a call and give my details, a further 14 days went by and still no refund or an apology for not fulfilling my order, in the end I had to submit a request with my Credit Company to finally get a refund which took a further 2 weeks. Hands down worst company I have ever dealt with. The don't manufacture anything all their furniture can be found elsewhere online if you look around save yourself a lot of time and hassle rather than dealing with Serge Living.

Avoid this company unless you are ordering product with no delivery deadline. I ordered a dining table and chairs and paid in full with delivery quoted as a four week lead time. Four weeks went by and communication was difficult. When you call the shop you will be greeted with an answer machine message telling you to email them. No responses received to my emails or direct face book message until I sent them the question on their open Facebook page. They were quick to answer these and even quicker to delete the comment afterwards. After being told on multiple occasions that I would be contacted with an update on the delivery details, I advised them I would be contacting my Credit card company to discuss path forward. The dining table and chairs were delivered three workdays later. On a positive note, the quality of the product is good and I am pleased with the end result; it is just a shame this company has no customer service skills which has left a bitter taste. As a result, I will never order anything from this company again.

I believe I just got treated the same way. The Prestige Dinning Sets was the new website that was set up. I spent £2,100 on dining set, the moment money got transferred I'm struggling to get hold of the company and not even the website got suspended.
I'm concerned that I will never see my money back and dining set that we ordered to our new place. Can I please ask for details where did you report this ?
