The stair climbing sack truck is brilliant. It does all I wanted it to do. The only problem I had was that it did not come with any assembly instructions, or parts list. I did send an e-mail asking for these, but I am still waiting, even for a reply! I managed to assemble the truck, it took a few tries of part assembly, then taking apart again when I discovered a piece of tubing that I hadn't put in the correct place, it also took a lot longer to assemble as I did some things 2 or 3 times as I found the correct order of assembly. Still you live and learn!
