PLUMP THE SEATING!

I am a single female of average height and weight. I have found the fibre filling in the seating cushions totally inadequate. They look nice UNTIL you sit on them, they flatten and dip. Plump them up! Sit on them, flatten and dip, even the cat has rolled towards the edge, how heavy is a cat? The service manager was called in , checked the filling - his finding, as they should be - just plump daily! JOKE, I had three friends around, 1 male, 2 female, one being 82yrs, each one commented on the seating. My 82 yr aunt had to held near the arm with back cushions pushed to her side, is this normal for fibre filled seating? The seating cushions flatten so much that the wood structure can be felt through them. Terrible, you get what you pay for - obviously the salesman cannot tell you of the poor quality of fibre filled seating - they are looking for commission.Look around and pay more, find the quality which clearly DFS does not provide.
