I ordered 3 pieces of Walnut Lyon bedroom furniture on 1st May from Roomstogo Which totalled over £1.000. I received a confirmation email then heard mothing so emailed them on 8th May asking for an update on delivery. I was told my goods were being delivered to them that day and their delivery company would contact me the following week to arrange delivery. I started looking at online reviews and then panicked and thought I had thrown my money down the drain. The folowing Thursday I had heard nothing to sent amother email and received a phone call to say delivery would be made on 21st May between 5pm-8pm. I wasnt holding my breath but my furniture was delivered as planned, no damages and it looks great.
I did have my doubts after reading other reviews but everything went as planned so cannot fault the company. I do think their customer service would be improved though, perhaps with emails to keep you in the loop.
All in all a positivr experience.
