Purchased for our new home in Whitstable. Really pleased with them and don,t think you could better them. This was our first buy from Owen, but would recommend them to our friends and family.Delivery needed to be outside their normal schedule, but was accommodated.

The staff are tremendously helpful and friendly. The stock is good quality and there is a good selection.

Recently purchased settle bench,table chairs and eye catching dresser. I have been searching for over a year for these items it was on an impulse that I went to Owens whilst I was passing. I was totally impressed with the quality and price. The service and delivery time were excellent.

Owen Pine have a good selection of furniture including some very unusual pieces. We bought an oak dining table and chairs for a very reasonable price. When the table was delivered (boxed from the manufacturer), there were a couple of small imperfections, and Owen insisted that the table should be replaced, and went way above and beyond the call to ensure that we have got the table we expected. Throughout, every member of staff and management has been a delight to deal with. It's easy to get a happy customer when things go right, but Owen have shown a real commitment to the customer that most companies can only aspire to.

I contacted Owen Pine as have an existing pine dresser base cabinet and have been looking for some time to see if able to add a welsh style dresser top to this unit. When I made an enquiry by email they responded by return and said that a top could be custom made and gave me an estimated cost depending on the size. As suggested, we took one of the existing drawers with us in order for it to be colour-matched with the new top. Delivery was within expected time and unit was well made and fitted perfectly to existing base unit. Very friendly and helpful staff and would highly recommend.

We're delighted with our new Oak Dining Table and TV Cabinet from Owen Pine & Oak Furniture​. Better still - not only did Shane deliver and put them up but they took away our old ones for Bill's Upcycling Charity project. Now that's service!

I needed an oak bookcase with specific measurements and design. It was made and delivered within two weeks and is just right. So glad I went to Owen Pine and Oak.

We recently purchased a extendable oak table from Owen Pine. We were old customers but not had the need to visit them for some time. We found the sales staff still extremely helpful and attentive and the two guys who delivered and assembled the table were more than helpful. Unfortunately the first table they brought did not fit together correctly but another one was delivered and is perfect. If you want good quality furniture and good service visit here first.

An excellent service. We wanted a small chest of drawers but our desired measurements didn't quite fit the standard on display at the barn. We were able to have one made exactly as we requested (height, width and depth) with the plinth slightly reduced to maximise drawer space. The article was made in about 3 weeks and delivered up two flights of stairs with no problems at all. The quality is superb. At all stages we were kept informed about progress and delivery. No hesitation in recommending this supplier.

Great family run business. We have purchased a number of items from them over the years and they have always been really helpful. The quality of the items we have brought has be excellent and will always speak to them first when we need anything new as we trust what they say. They now have a tea room and children’s play area which is great for the whole family

We visited Owen Pine & Oak on the off chance that we might find what we were looking for - and we were pleasantly surprised and pleased that we made the effort to go that day. The range of furniture and items is bigger than you think it will be, it looks all well made and lots of pieces can be made with your own spec if you ask. I have purchased three pieces of furniture from Owen Pine. I wanted items in slightly different sizes to those in the showroom and these were made bespoke to size. The whole process was very friendly and efficient from quote to delivery and we are thrilled with results! The tea and cakes also make the visit a lovely one!

We were looking for a dresser and from the moment we walked in we spotted the perfect one and very reasonably priced, now in situ am so pleased. Only slight negative is the delivery charge which was quite expensive for the distance required but service was fab. Ready to look for our next piece! P.s. We also bought the most amazing heirloom four poster bed 11 years ago from the same place which we still love...thank you!

After looking on the internet and going into most of the major department stores and finding frustration at not purchasing a dining table that was both what we liked and could afford, this gem of a place came up trumps! I wish i never wasted so many weeks of disappointment. Everyone one of the family were kind helpful and chatty to us and all the restorative work is done on the grounds too. Basically this is now our first point of call for all the house furnishings. I highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for well built, bespoke and individual pieces of furniture.
