Can't fault them on delivery, kept notified with text and emails. HOWEVER the the product leaves a lot to be desired. On the surface the design and everyhting looks great but when the product turns up, it's always damaged. My first order was split into two deliveries. the first came with scratch marks, dents and wood filler on it! the second was eactly the same. the filler wasn't even the same varnish colour, more like a cream colour. It is worrying to look at reviews on the Reviewcentre because of the large proportion of negative reviews. It seems that people who do NOT have problems do not post their experiences (unlike on Amazon). So when I read these reviews before ordering from the company I was very worried (and expressed my concern about bad deliveries etc to the salesman - and implied I would not stand for such nonsense and knew all about credit-card charge-backs). our order was placed wit oak furniture land begining of june this year. Since then two sideboards and TV units have arrived and been collected. All four items were damaged, missing corners, splits in the wood, doors that were damanged and the doors would not shut properly, some of the wood had been filled with filler which was falling out, wish I could show the photo's its shocking, and it did not stop there. Bought eight items and received four of the eight damaged! Customer service is a joke, forty mins to answer a 'phone! Felt they couldn't care less about your damaged furniture! You have to send them photos of the damage with pics of the quality control sticker.The comment was that the damage wasn't that bad!!! Right, damage is damage ok! I bought a computer desk and chest of drawers. The chest was completely rotten(I mean the wood) with no drawers able to fit. I have had many problems for three months now and it had got me and my partner down. Having read all these reviews am shocked other people have gone through the same treatment. This company is awful. Maybe trading standards could intervene ? worth a try...I lost count how many times i rang customer services and on numerous occasions once i explained the nature of my call they hung up!!

I purchased three items in the Rustic Oak Range from the Bolton Store. Salesman was very helpful in the store, and the furniture looked of good quality.Furntiure was delivered but I was told the delivery men were not allowed to unpack the furniture? The items were heavy and took some time to remove all the packaging , there was so much packaging from all three items I had to drive to the local tip to get rid of it! I was in oak furniture land yesterday, in the end walked out. A customer was in complaining and being ignored, she left and staff laughed at her and calling her names, till they saw me looking. Best thing to do, the furniture in the showroom is nothing like what you have delivered, its the worst funiture I have ever seen. Just in the difficult process of returning ours and trying to get a full refund, we still have the furniture in boxes after 5 weeks of complaining.

We ordered some furniture in the mango shabby chic range in June, we were told delivery could be December, but I liked it so much I was prepared to wait. They then advised us September so that's not brilliant , but not too bad. Up until my coffee table was delivered I was happy with OFL as a company. Only when my table arrived damaged - clearly due to manufacturing error has OFL seriously let me down. Firstly the delivery team gave me a card with an email address in case the product was damaged or needed to be returned. I immediately emailed them - only to get no response. I have now realised that their very bad customer service is not an accident its the company policy. What they have told me is 95% of their customers are happy with what is delivered. Yesterday had a large order delivered. 8 boxes. 4 boxes contained damaged goods. Yes 50% of the order is damaged. So put it all back in the box (not easy) and phoned this morning. I know how you feel, paid £740.00 for dining set, table was damaged offered a repair which I reluctantly accepted, when the repair company called to arrange a time the earliest avaiable was 6 weeks because I wasn't prepared to take a days holiday from work to allow them entry!!!! I have paid for the repair myself & I want everyone to know they are good when the furniture is ok but the first hint of a problem they are not interested.
