Furniture is just what I had hoped for and looks fantastic in my new lounge. Customer service on phone very friendly and helpful.

Delivery men were quite intimidating, and we were their last (and largest) delivery of the day - they didn’t take much care in bringing the furniture in, were grumpy with us because it was the end of the day, and had different items on their sheet to what we had ordered. Although they had what we had ordered in their van, they almost weren’t prepared to give it to us because it wasn’t on their list! Not the customer service I expected after spending thousands of pounds at Oak Furniture Land. Would be cautious of ordering again in case the same delivery men came.
