The sales staff do the job well and the products within the shop look lovely, then you receive the chosen items. Ok I'll admit most of the items are as you'd expect and appear very sturdy. However there is a problem with one item (side unit) we are on our second one due to the first one being scratched. The second one was in worse condition than the first, quality control must be being monitored by mr magoo! It is absolutely beyond my comprehension that something this poor seems to go unnoticed.
Surely if they spent the money on good quality control measures they wouldn't need:
a) customer services
b) home serve and repair

I'm yet to receive my replacement and so maybe entering another review, I wish I had read reviews first before entering the shoddy world of oakland furniture.
