Disgusting customer service

Up until my coffee table was delivered I was happy with OFL as a company.

Only when my table arrived damaged - clearly due to manufacturing error has OFL seriously let me down.

Firstly the delivery team gave me a card with an email address in case the product was damaged or needed to be returned.

I immediately emailed them - only to get no response.
So I called the number - was told I had to go through a web based returns process including taking several pictures as proof.

I did all this and sent it through. Again no email or phone contact. I called and they apologised and arranged for it to be collected and another delivered.

2nd coffee table arrived. As it was unboxed it was clear that the item had been dropped - shame this review hasn't got the facility to upload the pictures, they tell it all.

Again I go through the process online to return. Again I have no contact back so I call them. "We are not sending you a third table" Pardon I say, Why not? "Because there is clearly an issue at our distribution centre and we are not sending You another one" So I have paid my money but I am not getting a coffee table.

I was upset at the time, then thought - no this customer service chap obviously just came accross as rude. Perhaps he is right, they should investigate if these products are all damaged.

Of course - this isn't the case. The next day - what do I see on TV but an advert clearly showing the coffee table that I ordered so they are still selling them.

30 days has now gone by and I am still waiting for a refund. Called them today only for no one to pick up the phone.

If your order is good and undamaged - great service and company.
If your order is damaged or wrong - you will have terrible customer service and don't hold out for a refund.

I cannot recommend this company
