Thanks very much to all of the Made Team! I'm delighted with my recent purchase from you!!

The whole "Made experience" was faultless for me, when I initially placed the order I accidently ordered 2 lamps instead of 1. As soon as I realised my mistake I called your helpline - the call was answered promptly by a very friendly and helpful lady who quickly changed my order as requested. I had constant emails on the progress of my order and clear direction as to when it would be delivered. The lamp and light fitting that I bought arrived exactly as described and of very high quality! I'm very happy with them! I will definitely use Made.com again and would happily recommend the website to friends and family!
