Ordered some wallpaper, very quick response to say they had received my order. Then nothing for a while; repeated emails from me asking where my wallpaper was - standard cheque is in the post response. Then finally after over a month received an email to say that they could not get matching batch number so they have cancelled my order and would provide a full refund. Several weeks later still no refund.

Have you recieved your refund I'm still awaiting mine n I'm so angry over the whole situation I'm thinking of taking legal action

yes, repeated emails did nothing telephoned them and I received a full refund, eventually.

rubbish company will never use again

I've rang every day for the last week for my refund all in all I've waited 6 weeks 4 for wallpaper 2 for refund I'm getting so mad
