ordered table with 4 chairs and also 2 upholstered chairs to go with it. The upholstered chairs didnt arrive with the rest of the order and when we contacted Customer Services we were told that they had been delivered! Eventually they grasped that we didnt receive them so they re-ordered them. In all,our order was lost four times.
Five months after placing the order the delivery crew delivered them to an entirely different address - the only similarity was the house number. Customer Services told us that they had a photo of our house to prove that they had attempted delivery and it took some persuading that it was not actually our house in the picture.
Unless you can physically pick up your item at the store at the time of ordering then just dont bother. Customer services have just told us that our experience was 'regrettable'!We found the experience of waiting 5 months for 2 chairs beyond distressing
