Professional service, no problems, very happy with wardrobe

We were recommended Gliderobes by a friend, and after looking around at different sliding wardrobe sellers and being disappointed, we opted to take up their advice; it was a good decision! The service they provided was very professional throughout. We live in the south, but decided to visit their showroom in Derby to see what their wardrobes looked like in real life. The customer service was excellent (phones/at the showroom), and everyone we spoke to really knew what they were talking about -- which was very reassuring. We ended up taking home a range of samples, which we tried out at our home, then after much deliberation had to ask for some more samples, which was no problem for Gliderobes and we received them the following day! Shortly afterwards, we placed an order and the logistics and organisation was all done for us, no fuss at all. We were given the name of the builder, who contacted us and we then arranged when the delivery and installation would take place. In the end, we opted for installation on the same day as delivery, and again, this was achieved very efficiently: delivery at 8.30 am; installation started at 9 am; installation finished at 3 pm. Carpets were kept clean by the builder, who also hoovered up after themselves. Most importantly, we really do have a lovely looking sliding wardrobe now in our bedroom, which not only gives us much more storage space than the previous cupboard we had, but it also means we save space in the bedroom too, since there are no doors that swing outwards.

Although the price seemed to us to be quite high, it was not that bad having compared it other sliding wardrobe providers. And since everything was done so carefully by Gliderobes, we were happy to pay and have all the hassle taken away from us.

Definitely would recommend Gliderobes and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
