I recently ordered a bed from this company, the money was taken out of my visa account straight away.

I have not received the bed, I contacted them 3 times through the "contact us" on the website, no reply at all. I then directly emailed them and received 2 "we will get back to you within 24hrs emails" and nothing else.

They do not have a contact number and the online web chat is a lie as it doesn't exist.

I now have to wait a few more days before Visa will take up a dispute case.
