Bought a bed through Wowcher. It arrived not like the picture. Customer service is rubbish Won't exchange without me spending 150 to 200 pounds more and expect me to pay £49 for them to pick up after hidden charge of £39.99 to get delivered. False advertising no good . DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

So after a weeks wait and complaint after complaint. A king size mattresses turned up. Not the king size pillow top that I paid for a budget thing I could of got off amazon for half the price. They won't return it or give me a refund. But its OK I have your business address so will be dropping it off to you ASAP and not leaving until I get a refund and you can pay my fuel costs aswell. You've ripped off the wrong person this time!! I wish the reviews on wowcher would have been really not the fake 5 star ones. Avoid at all costs, do not buy from these!!

Brought a bed of Wowcher. Broke within 2 months. Emailed the support centre to see if I could get a replacement. Clearly broken in the photos I sent, now the email address for the support centre is unavailable… clearly blocked me. Mattress the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever had. Cheaply made. Bed very poor quality. Very poor service from support centre and had no offer of replacement or money back!!!

For the first time ever I purchased from WOWCHER Voucher. The Company was HOME & GARDEN and Ffurnitureitalia a new bed and mattress. It was supposed to be in a sale. NEVER again. The worse company ever. First mattress was so soft you just sunk in it. They replaced but I had to pay extra for an upgrade. Within 3 months the base failed and was creaking like made. They replaced that in November. Then the mattress failed again and severe backache is the result every morning. Then the base also failed again worse than the first time. I contacted the company back in February and they stated nothing could be done as it was out of warranty. Apparently they only give 5 months but there is nothing at point of sale and no paper work arrives with the items. Hundreds of emails later they agreed to replace the base and upgrade again for a further payment. They wanted cash on delivery! I refused to do that and again many emails later they agreed payment online. Within a few days I get a phone call saying warranty out of date, they should not have offered replacements and they will do nothing else. I am reporting them to Trading Standards but apparently you go through the CAB these days, so I will be making an appt. It is disgusting that they can get away with a 6 month warranty. So be WARNED this company is HOME GARDEN/FURNITURE ITALIA

Bought a so called 'Quality bed and Memory Foam' Mattress from this company on Wowcher. Buyer Beware, its a cheap divan set and the mattress is spring only. It's so soft you can feel the divan base, it seems to be half filled. This is not the quality bed they advertised. It will have to do hngil our new one arrives.

We ordered and received a so called quality bed in january. The mattress collapsed in March, replaced the collapsed again in June. But this time so did the bed. It's made of the cheapest rubbish I've ever seen. Literally pine and cardboard.

This bed was not worth the money paid, it is the most basic bed I have ever bought. No instructions with it and predrilled holes covered with material so had to make hole in it. Wish I had read reviews about this company before ordering.

From day 1 I noticed that 1 side of the mattress was insufficiently stuffed. Within 3 months turned mattress and realised that there were lumps and dents all over. I tried complaining (what a waste of time) gave up and sent photographic evidence to both F.I and Wowcher, no response. The mattress has so little support on the side I slide out of bed, which would be funny if it wasn't so sad. I wouldn't ever recommend F.I to anyone.

I purchased a mattress (half price - too good to be true) via wowcher. 3 months later… had a bed bug infestation in my sons room! Absolutely disgusting, in fact, horrified! Discarded of the mattress, bed, clothes, drawers, the whole room instantly and spent the nxt 6 weeks with anxiety, stress. Absolutely horrendous! Even had to take a week off work because I was so Ill. the infestation spread to other beds and we were bit to death! In fact, still being bit and blood stains on sheets! When I eventually got my head together, I contacted wowcher and Italia furniture through resolver, both would not accept any liability even though we had not been anywhere as been in lock down and not purchased anything else for my sons room! They refused to accept responsibility for their infested product! They eventually after weeks of myself going through complaints and resolver, give me a refund for the mattress for £90!! Laughable! We have now spent in excess of £700 on pest control, laundrette, clean up, new linen, clothes etc and are still dealing with the situation after 4 months. My son is still not back in his bedroom! I’m too scared to put him back as I’m still after 4 months finding alive bugs! Pest control have visited twice, costing £200. And we are still, even now, experiencing bites along with extreme anxiety! I struggle to go to bed and can not discard of my bed as I’ve just paid £1200 from ‘dreams’, so keep purchasing chemicals from pest control at £45 a time to mitigate the situation in my home myself! This company should be closed down and investigated!!! Absolutely horrendous customer service. No empathy and instead we’re asking for evidence which I provided everything bar pictures of the mattress, which I was so out of my mind, cleared it from my property on discovering bugs in my sons bed on the day! This company Shouldn’t be able to trade! Do NOT buy via wowcher anything from this company!!!! Morally and legally irresponsible

I ordered my bed from Wowcher it took about a week for delivery. I was very anxious cause I read such negative reviews after I ordered. When the bed came it was fantastic!!! Such a lovely bed better then the pictures head board is beautiful and mattress amazing.

As I have never used Wowcher before I stupidly didn't check the reviews. Mattress arrived and there is no way that its as advertised, so upon reading the reviews it turns out this is not unusual for this company. Looking at the reviews the customer service is shocking so seems little point trying to get my money back and put it down to my stupidity for not checking reviews.I do find it staggering that this company can continue trading, what are trading standards doing ?

I ordered a bed through Wowcher with this company they were so polite and helpful even when I redeemed my voucher. And they refunded the bed less than a week later through my PayPal. as I decided for a different style of bed frame. Very pleased as I was worried because Wowcher were so slow at responding. Nice company and very helpful

I ordered a double divan bed through wowcher which should have been £650 but discounted to £215 (too good to be true) the bed is appalling it is very cheaply manufactured and poor quality and I've had fault after fault with this bed. I have made contact and expressed dissatisfaction about faulty bed and they arranged for a new base to be delivered as wheels were faulty and broke off and parts missing and rip in material. I'm still not happy with product very cheap and uncomfortable and I asked for a full refund which was agreed and I was told to package up whole bed and it would be collected. They didn't collect bed is still in my living room packaged up. I phoned on Monday and was told the driver unfortunately couldn't fit the bed into the van on Saturday so that's why noone came but they did not bother to contact me which was a waste of a full day. Then I was advised that bed would be collected with a new date today Wednesday 21st October. I have taken a full day off work to be home for collection. However, after contacting furniture italia to get a eta I was advised they can't collect today as driver isn't on area. This is unacceptable and a disgrace. I have a full bed in my living room. I have been sleeping without a bed for days. I have purchased a new bed with expectation I will receive a refund soon but still haven't received refunds and told in would not until 7 days after bed returned and still have the faulty bed waiting for collection. I will not be recommending this company or purchasing anything in future.

Ordered a 5 piece garden lounge set last august and was delivered a table and chairs set. Sent letter, heard nothing, sent emails, heard nothing until out of the 6 months period and now unable to do anything about it apparently! Poor quality only fit for the tip! Absoloute was of money! Especially when its not what was even ordered or paid for!!!!!!! Read the other reviews because ive had the same service too, very blunt, unapologetic and a disgrace!

Bought a mattress thru Wowcher their supplier turned out to be Furniture Italia waited for ever finally took delivery after 4 months received wrong mattress took 6 weeks to get them to fetch it back they then wanted us to pay collection charges £50 Wowcher were rubbish no support have to hope I get my refund but I doubt it, STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM we are now going legal, when you finally start getting dialogue going with them they just totally ignore you no apologies all they do is shrug you off they should both be taken down !!!!! Don't be a victim of theirs they are making a fortune out of your misery. Like others to do a review you have to give one star I would have preferred to give 0.
