“Disgusting Retailer”

I wish I could give this retailer 0 stars if that were an option. That is how crooked and corrupt they are. I ordered two pieces of furniture from their website back in FEBRUARY and was subsequently taken through hoops and hurdles, lies and deceit, until I had to open a dispute against them for fraud. THANK GOD I paid with a credit card so I had the protection of my bank against me. The worst part is - I called on a weekly basis to check on my order and was promised that everything was fine and then, 6 weeks after I initially placed my order, I was called and told that the item was on backorder and they would call me when the warehouse had it back in stock. 6 WEEKS AFTER MY INITIAL ORDER? How is that even possible. And yet, foolishly enough, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another week. To my surprise, a week later, the phone number stopped working and is still not in service! Do yourselves a favor and pay the extra money to shop at a reputable retailer. My inquiry with my credit card is now over, I have my funds, and I am glad that this nightmare is over. Please believe I will be copying this message on every fraud board I can find on the internet!

“Ticked off!!! Furniture PM is a joke!”

I, like everyone on here am getting the same runaround I ordered on 4/6/13 with a credit card (thank goodness)and my order has read "in transit" since that date. I am still waiting while my credit card company works on getting my money back. I have called the phone number that just says it is not available at this time. The website now reads that if you placed your order after 5/1/13 it will not be filled. So what the heck does that mean because I placed my order 4/6/13 and it still hasn't been filled. I know this is an on-line furniture store but what about the warehouse where you can pick your furniture up if you don't want it delivered (which I offered to do) I don't live close enough (approx 9 hours away) to just pop in and see what is going on but if anyone who has placed orders and lives close enough would love to hear if you have attempted to go to the address where you pick up your order and see what information you have been given. If anyone gets any info on how to contact them, I sure would love to hear how.

“Horrible ”

I ordered a comforter set in October 2012. Never received my order!!! I called and called and sent several emails to them. They won't answer the phone or send you an email. I'm very mad and now their phone doesn't work. Go figure! Gave them one star because I had to rate them to proceed.

“Stay away from this company.”

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't go any lower. I ordered from them on the 6th of April and still haven't received anything from them. They take your money right away and then they don't answer your phone calls or your emails. This has got to be one of the worse furniture companies in the world. Avoid them at all cost. Buyer beware.

Placed an order on the 4/6 and haven't heard from them in a month! Worst is that you could never get the call through! So regretful that I should have read all the reviews on it earlier so that I would not have wasted my time and my money on those cheaters! This website just sucks!

“Stay away!”

I advised anyone thinking about purchasing anything from this company to reconsider. I ordered a sectional couch made by Ashley which was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called, because I did not hear from them and my status (In Transit) stayed the same on the account. The representative told me they get backed up sometimes and would be delivering soon. 2 weeks later I had to call again. They told me they were in a dispute with the manufacturer and the account with my money was locked. They told me I couldn't get a refund or my couch. After speaking with the manager, I asked why they continued to advertise and sell this product online when they couldn't provide it. He said it took a lot to maintain a website, however, they modified the price and delivery time several times. (Cheaper price and shorter delivery time) They told me to call the credit card company to ask for a credit back. Master Card referred me to my financial institution, who told me to file a small claim. So I did! Reading all of the reviews, this company is obviously scamming people out of money and would tell anyone to take their business elsewhere. I've emailed seveal people about them, including Ashley Furniture. This has and continues to be a terrible experience and I hope someone investigates the activities of this company. Again, STAY AWAY!!!

Attention Buyers. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP. I ordered a Dining Set worth $876 and I waited for 3 weeks. I called them continuously for 3 days, left voice message, but no response. I finally called by bank and disputed the transaction. Such a waste of my time. These guys will get it BIG TIME. YOU GUYS SUCK. Cheating so many people, GOD will show it to you one day and it's not too far.

there web site says if you pay by check or cash or money order you get a discount that's because if you dont use a credit card you will never see that money again. this place is just interested in 1 thing and thats taking your money and giving you nothing in return. im just reading all the reviews and and all the same shtuff they told me on the phone. 2 weaks , your furniture was damage , its on back order shall i go on or did your here this song already the rep guys name was [name removed] i bet you know that name to because theres only 1 guy there just a web page with no warehouse or merchandise anyone can do it and ebay is full of it its a good thing this guy [name removed] was not in front of me at the time i would have choked my money out of him

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!”

On February 2nd of 2012 I purchased an ashley sectional and ottoman which totaled near $1000.00. My visa credit card was quickly charged. 3-4 with no furniture in sight I began calling and got the run around, was told lies, and eventually told that my order was on back-order just like another costumer had experienced. Every time I called I spoke with only two people by the names of "Ted" and "Serge." I swear they are the only two people that work there. There are vague, and DO NOT follow through with anything they tell you. I eventually canceled my order and bought else where. Reported and disputed them to my credit card company who STILL hasn't gotten a refund back after a week. I'm sorry but it does NOT take a week to refund a customer. DO NOT buy from them.

“Still Waiting After 3 Months”

I ordered a cocktail table on 12/4/2012 with the hopes of having it by Christmas as the website said 1-4 weeks for delivery. It is now 3/7/13 and stilve not received the table. I have been in contact via email and I keep getting the runaround. I finally sent a complaint to the BBB in hopes that I may finally get an honest response from them.

This is the same exact thing tht happened to me. I ordered 2 months ago. I do not have my merchandise. Mike and Serge keep telling me they scheduled a warehouse pickup. They been telling me that for 5 weeks. I canceled it today and I am calling my bank to get the money back right away. I read these reveiws but I didnt expect it to be this bad. NEVER AGAIN!

When I placed my order online, they charged my credit card immediately. Got a confirmation email about the order and my account # that I could tracking my order. The status has always been "Pending" since day 1. After 4 weeks and still have not heard anything, I emailed and called their customer services. A customer rep told me that it was scheduled to be delivered the following week. A furniture order in the U.S. doesn't take more than 4 weeks to deliver. Try this business trick with Amazon.com and they will cut them off ASAP! After another 10 days and still haven't heard from them. I emailed them and got no response. Then, I called their customer services. The guy told me that my order is in "backorder" with the manufacturer. He told me that he just talked with the manufacturer and it would take another 1-2 weeks for them to go across town to pick it up, inspect it, and then schedule to deliver it to my home the following week. It sounds so unbelievable that they have to go to the "manufacturer" to pick up every order and then they have to inspect them and deliver to the customers. How costly is it to do business this way? Based on what I found from other online companies that sell the same furniture set, I know that my set is all well-packed in boxes and shipped directly from the factories in China. A stupid lie that he told in a very business as usual way so he must have recited that so many times. What I had ordered was a non-fancy furniture set made in China that is sold by many companies (both online and real stores). Excuses after excuses. No, lies after lies. I actually feel sorry for the staff that has to do that day after day. I would be worry if I work for a company like this as you would certainly have no trust that the employer would take good care of you a couple months down the road or if you got a lawsuit for fraud working in this business. This company uses your money as working capital during the excessive time after securing your payments (for 2-4 months based on what I have seen from other online complaints). After that, if you are lucky they would use your money to place the actual order and it doesn't cost their own dimes. If you are not so lucky, you would never see your furniture or money. I will ask VISA to get my money back like the other person that posted here. This is not a company that goes out of its way to send a free leather care kit and brand new set legs for a customer because his dog chewed on the sofa legs as one of them stated. They are an online retailer and I can't imagine them able to afford stocking spare legs for a specific set of sectional sofa to send to customer! How many spare parts do they have to keep in stock? Not at their price points for this type of online furniture stores.

“HORRIBLE!!!! DON'T WALK AWAY, RUN!”

BUYER BEWARE!!! Before I placed my order I called to check on stock and delivery time frame. Was told that it was in stock and I would have my 3 piece furniture set in 4-5 weeks. I immediately placed my order on 1/7/13. It has been 8-1/2 weeks with no end in sight. They push me back a week and have a different excuse every time I call...manufacturer has it back- ordered, received the furniture but we have to inspect and palletize it, furniture is damaged had to send it back, didn't pick it up this week for some reason. The excuses go on and on. Last week they promised a partial delivery of 2 of the pieces this weekend (3/9/13) with the remaining piece coming next weekend 3/16/13). I didn't get a call from the delivery people so I called...they said none of the furniture would be delivered until next week (again!). Today I told the guy to just cancel my order and he hung up on me...so is it cancelled, not cancelled? Who knows! I asked for a confirmation email and I got a dial tone. Also, if you leave messages online or on their voicemail, they NEVER call back.

“WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE”

My wife and I placed an order that was never delivered. We spent weeks talking to them and was told our order was on back order. We then spent weeks trying to get our money back. We then went to Visa to get our money back and reported it as fraud. In took about 5 months to get our money back. The Customer service could not have been worse. We kept being told lies and that they would call us back. NEVER HAPPENED. ZERO STARS

“Long Wait For Order”

I placed and order for a dining table set on 11/28/12. Upon placing my order, the sales rep. advised me that I should receive my order in 2 weeks. I called several times since to always get a story about a delay. I never received my items until 1/5/2013. There was also a little nick on the side of the table. Prices are good, but it takes extremely too long to receive your order.

“Still waiting for a response.”

Ordered via online website at Furniturepm.com and still am either awaiting product or cancellation. Paid by credit card so I am protected, but am just a bit flustered. Delivery is estimated for 2 to 4 weeks. First off, I requested that if delivery was in that time frame that I would love to have coordinate delivery 3-weeks out. "No problem!" says customer service. Once ready to ship, their delivery company will coordinate with me on delivery time. 3 weeks came and went. I followed up by calling during their normal business hours leads me directly to a voice mail. After calling on different days and multiple times, I left a voice mail once with no return calls. Emails have always been answered within 24 hours. Additional replies have not been returned. Finally an agent says my product is on back order with Ashley. Without product, I would give them 4-stars if they answered the phone and have been updating my order in my account with some estimated date from their manufacturer to their warehouse. I will give them till October 31st to contact me, that would over 6 weeks and go from there with my credit card vendor.
