I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

We ordered a waterproof mattress from Furniture 24/7 as on their online web page it showed that it was in stock and available for next day Delivery.

Placed the order then received an email from the after sales team (very generic) claiming 'due to unforeseen circumstances with our supplier we can not deliver at the moment'. No alternative date mentioned. I waited a week and still nothing. Called the order after care number many times, no one picks up. If you're lucky to get through to their sales team they claim they can't access the system for orders already made. They take your number promising a call back from after sales. This will not happen. its been a month, with no contact, nor an email stating an alternative delivery date, or what is going on with our order.

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! unless you enjoy spending wasted time on the phone to your bank explaining why you need to open a chargeback case on your debit card!
