I have recently purchased a dining set from them and only to receive the email confirmation stating a very ambiguous statement that the goods will be delivered on a ground floor. But I live in a flat with lifts and legally they should deliver to my door step of my unit. I rang them twice and they told me there would be NO EXTRA CHARGES to deliver to my door step as long my building has lifts. In their website nothing was mentioned about how the goods are delivered- whether to doorstep or ground floors. Very MISLEADING WEBSITE!

When the delivery came, the delivery man just left if on my concierge area and yelled at my sister when questioned the goods should be delivered to our doorstep as we had clarified with the company. He said " are you gonna pay my wages? I am not gonna take it upstairs" and he refused to let my sister inspect the goods as he was in a rush and according to the email confirmation and website it stated we should always inspect the goods and sign on receipt. My sister refused to accept the goods and asked him to take it back and he yelled at my sister again " you put it back into my van !". His manners were appalling and even my concierge team found the situation very unpleasant. The delivery man just left without any reasoning. The goods were just left on our concierge area.

We rang the company and now they said as long it is delivered to our premises it is considered accepted. I mean why do they bother to tell us to always inspects the goods and also goods must be signed on receipt if this is the case?

We finally managed to speak to the manager who practically tell us the same thing but our main concern was what if the goods are damaged but we werent given a chance to inspect it and we are lawfully entitled for a refund. But he just told us to ring him if there's any damage.

I have formally lodged a complaint but still awaiting for their reply whether they would bear all the delivery and return charges for a refund.

Please let me know if anyone has managed to get a refund from this company!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE TO AVOID ANY HASSLE!! READ OTHER REVIEWS! CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

I wish I have read the reviews before purchasing from them!! Lesson learnt!..
