Ordered 5 under cabinet LED lights. Arrived soon enough but not as ordered. The MD tells me he sells two types, one of which is diffused and that is what ordered but not supplied. Then he tells me his two types are the same. Nothing makes sense with this man who is arrogant and rude. Originally refused to collect and replace. Told me that I would have to pay to return the item even though he got wrong. He eventually agreed via to refund the whole purchase. Sent further email asking him to confirm receipt of goods and for confirmation on when we would receive refund. No reply. He has no terms and conditions on his website, his financial record is dismal according his submitted company accounts so would never go near him again. Still waiting on refund and he has had over £100 of my money since before Xmas 2013. Is he dragging this out to the last moment or will he fail to pay. He has until Jan 9th to pay or else.
