Myself and my husband purchased a new bed and mattress from Dreams 3 years ago. We spent approx £1500 in total (£750 of that for the mattress alone). Having spent so much money we also paid for an additional 10 year Guarntee ! 3 years later and the mattress has dipped in the middle and we are both unable sleep on it due to back pain! Contacted dreams who sent out an engineer to be told it was general wear and tear and they would not cover it!
We are extremely disappointed that we spent so much money on a product that has only lasted 3 years! We are now having to fork out for a new mattress! Dreams have been very unhelpful ! I would not recommend them!
