TOTAL DISGRACE.....COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!

I ordered 2 beds from Dreams in Livingston,these were ordered on 3rd February 2013. We got a call to say they would be Delivered on 5th March, then a call a few days before the delivery date to say no they wouldnt be delivered on that day but would definently be delivered 21st March.....on yes you guessed it a few days before this delivery date anther phone call to say no beds are not coming but will definetly be delivery on the 8th of April....100% guarantee was what i was told......and today...Friday the 5th April I get a phone call just before 5pm to say no your beds are delayed again and wont be with you until 15th May.............well guess what.....stick the beds... i will go somewhere else and get better Service, because this company is a total JOKE!!!! I would never recommend Dreams to ANYONE....Cusomter Care...maybe they should look this up and see what it actually means. I tell everyone about my terrible experience with Dreams , you should all be ashamed of the way you treat customer!!!
