“Miss Matched Bed and still no joy!”

I ordered the cream leather Manhattan bed and was told it was in stock. Once I payed I was then told I would need to go on line to book in my delivery slot. It took a week to even show up and then the next available slots were another 2 weeks. Guess what when the boxes were delivered I was sent a 2 black head boards and cream sides and underneath my name label they were clearly labelled Black. We rang immediately and after 6 trys managed to speak to customer services who told us to wait 24 hrs. It is now 2 weeks ago, giant boxes still dumped in the upstairs hall. One bruised toe and a sister who has hurt herself in the night falling over the boxes ( she is disabled ) . They are refusing to come and collect these mismatched boxes and have now reordered a bed that supposedly existed somewhere already. Each day I contact the Altrincham branch to be greeted with concerned smiley person who promises me to the stars and back that they will help me to sort this out ( I have a slipped disc, rheumatoid arthritis and no bed) . Each day they promise to ring me back no call no help just lots of promises ! I have now had to speak to my card company because I believe that they never had the bed but charged me immediately. A conversation to trading standards is also next. They are very good at giving you the run around and listening in the background of my call I could hear another operative giving a similar story and run around to someone else. be wary !

If you go into the store in which you purchased they should be able to call customer services for you while you are in store and chase up progress of your order
