Although there were a few negative comments, I really liked the look and style of the furniture especially at the offer price. I searched high and low and DS4U were the cheapest. I read the reviews after I placed my order and got scared hence I made a short journey from Manchester to their showroom in Sunny Blackburn. I was greeted and made to feel welcome, whilst I waited I was offered a hot drink.

A short time later James (sales assistant) came over and explained in detail all the different products they had to offer. I was also given a tour of the factory where the furniture was being made. I returned home satisfied; eagerly awaiting the delivery of my furniture. The sofas arrived on time, communication was good. My experience with DS4U was a simple painless experience, well made and looks great. For the price, I am really pleased with it.
