A very successful experience at the Blackburn showroom. Designer Sofas4u were the only people able to supply a small enough sofa to suit our needs, the advisor was extremely helpful as we chose both sofa and sofabed and incredibly efficient on getting fabric samples delivered to us, follow-up and all correspondence. We will definitely use them again. Delivery was within the lead time we'd been given, they rang when they were half an hour away removed old sofa and sofa installed new ones without question. Delivery chap even explained how the plastic needed to remain on the mattress should we need to return it within the allotted 14 days and encouraged a proper check of everything before taking a signature. All in all, delighted and looking forward to a return visit.
