Check the guarantee very carefully when you buy. A guarantee document wasn't provided with my furniture, and now I have an issue they refuse to send me one, saying that it isn't written down anywhere. When I pointed out that it was a legal requirement to have one they said the guarantee was "under review" and sent me a furniture care booklet instead. Their strategy is to sell inferior products and then use their Customer Services Department to fob off complaints. A dishonest company - avoid them!
