Following an online order which included a special delivery charge, the items failed to arrive because the courier did not receive them from Bedworld. The order was cancelled immediately and a cheap apology was issued.

As for the refund, I had to claim it from the credit card company under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, since Bedworld had clearly no intention to refund me the sum paid for goods, which they failed to delivered.

Non-existent customer services. Rude staff, who tried their best to deceive me about the refund date.

Use them at your own peril.
