over three weeks after order and still no word on delivery, they were very quick to take a deposit. two emails sent for five days running, no reply to any of them. after 15 mins on phone, 10 of which on hold, i was told hat it was coming into the depot that same day, but unable to get a delivery date. would not recommend if your in a hurry for a bed

Yes - they are a useless company - will take your money but you will not get the service.
