We ordered bunk beds on Jan 8th for our grandsons to sleep in at half term.
The money was soon taken. An email sent had attachments I couldn't open. I informed them of this - no reply. I sent a number of emails -not answered. Phone usually unanswered and if a message left no contact made. Once I got a reply on the phone and was fobbed off with the promise that the beds will be delivered in a day or two - that was 2 weeks ago!
Luckily I paid by credit card but that doesn't seem fair. I just hope the credit card co will be able to get the money back.
HOW DO I AVOID THIS HAPPENING AGAIN? I STILL NEED BUNKS FOR WHEN THE BOYS COME AGAIN.
