The delivery men arrived at 730am on Saturday and were quite rude to us when we were surprised / asleep and trying to clear the room quickly, the kept ringing the bell saying hurry up as we tried to get changed. As with any other delivery service, I expected that we would receive confirmation of a time for such a big item on the day. However, two days later on Monday evening, I received an e-mail from Bedstore with the time, and this morning on the Tuesday a text! Not sure why these have come days after the delivery but maybe they should make their delivery company aware of this so they won't be so rude next time!
