No matter who I talked to they could not help me out. I booked a flight leaving Calgary today to Manchester a few days ago. When I called to get my itinerary this morning they said they had it and then they said they didn't have it. She said they called to try and confirm the confirmation later, I have used this site plenty of times in the past and never confirm by a phone call. The next option was to get me on an early flight and charge me 400 extra dollars which is outrageous. For me not getting there on the correct time I lose 3 days of work and miss the rugby game on the weekend. (The reason I'm going to England is to play rugby). I recommended to 2 friends that are travelling to Europe and meeting me to use your site. I will change my opinion and tell them not to use the site because it is not guaranteed you will get on the flight.
