We booked a special extended family holiday with luxury trips trips. We paid over £5000 for a 5 star hotel and flights. We booked in April for 6 adults 2 children and an infant. As of July I started to phone to try and book our seats on the flight. We were told to call back in August. Weekly calls thereafter lead to nothing until my sister phoned easyjet who told her that the 9 of us were not booked on the flight. We would have turned up at the airport with no flight. We then called the company and spoke to the manager who after many many phone calls finally found us another flight. I'm not sure that this would have happened if we had not called over 20 times. We had already booked car parking and fast passes through customs. We have now paid for our own seats and rebooked the parking etc after being told that they would do it. We have called many more times to try and get them to pay for our parking. We still have not received our hotel or transfer vouchers. I have called again today as we are going tomorrow and been promised would get in 1 hour. That hour has passed and still nothing. We are all at work and having to call this company every day sometimes many times a day is ridiculous. They have been totally unhelpful and no apologies. In fact they even get irritated that we keep calling. They have £5000 of our money and can't understand why we are upset. Please think twice before booking with them

Before i paid they were incredible helpful and attentive. But since we have had a terrible experience. We were promised a free room upgrade that has not happened on the tickets, , once they have your money. they have failed to send out tickets for our honeymoon and have been rude and unhelpful when i have called to try and get them. The adviser with the codes is only working half a day today and has gone home, is not what i was expecting as a response. I did have a great holiday though!

Paid £6k 2 months before travel - received confirmation and receipt. Travel documents had not arrived 1 week before departure, when I phoned they said they hadn't booked my holiday and now the return flight was not available! They were dismissive and unhelpful. Had to change our flight to an airport 150 miles from home with no compensation, no offer of help. Under no circumstances use this company.

Thanks to Sri who was extremely helpful in arranging our trip to India. It was one of my best holidays and the experience was very insightful. I will look to make another trip at some point to see central and South India. Positives: Extremely well versed and professional agents in India Magnificent Hotel service Skilled driver for the duration of the trip Opportunities: Inform clients of excessive distances between cities and advise alternatives Internal flights only allow 15kg of baggage and considering the 40kg allowance on international flights I had to pay additional at the airport. Shocking customer service. Extremely poor attention to detail. Travel documents missing or incorrect repeatedly. When they make a mistake they won't admit it. We will never use them again and will certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Are you sure? I have used them and they are fantastic compared to my last travel agent, (kenwoodtravel). Talk about messing up my holiday. Thankfully, I stumbled upon luxurytrips. She was fantastic.
She helped me save my honeymoon plans, but also wend out of her way to help as even though she was abroad.
I guess it's the individual in the company that can make a holiday get off to a good start.

The advisor at Luxury Trips was recommended to me by an acquaintance so I decided to contact her and hopefully book a holiday. The advisor was extremely helpful in finding exactly what i wanted and within budget. I can highly recommend the company, everything was professional, fast and efficient. It made booking the holiday a pleasure. The hotel recommended was exactly as promised. I have already recommended them as a contact to use at Luxury Trips and I look forward to booking again next year.

They will say anything to your get booking. Once they have your money they will let you down. Rather than help resolve the issues and correct their mistakes they will instead very rudely blame you. They seem more than happy to break ABTA rule and process unauthorised credit card transactions. The directors don't care. Bimal Kohli in particular is more interested in threatening you and is unprofessional. I have already made a claim through my credit card issuer and have also complained to ABTA.

Lxurytrips are great until they have your money, when they are pretty much useless and unhelpful. They will come up with many excuses as to why they cannot book the hotels they quoted for and will offer inferior hotels as substitute without offering any refund to reflect the lower price of inferior hotel. Stay waway from this company.

It was thanks to the advice from Luxury Trips that we chose the island to stay on in the Maldives - it was perfect! The hotel / island had a relatively poor website / promo video but Luxury Trips gave us the advice we needed and we thank them for that.

i was browsing internet for a weekend break to Dubai with best Hotel in Dubai and prices were too much, than checked luxury trips, was a bit worried because it was my first time with them and this trip was special for me and my boyfriend. you would not believe the reservation staff is so helpful special thanks to Ankita. we stayed in Atlantis the palm beach Hotel. excellent would definitely go back again xx

After booking my first holiday with Georgina/the airliner group and getting a really competitive price, I have had no reason to book with another travel company. The service has had a very personal touch, ensuring all our needs before, during and after each holiday have been met. Georgina personally makes each holiday booking experience a pleasure, and I have booked and recommended her/the company to many of my friends and family both to those well travelled and those inexperienced with travel that have needed and received extra guidance. I am also pleased to say this is recognised and the company/Georgina have ensured I receive good deals and Thanks for this. My Husband and I travel to Dubai at least twice a year as we are both retired. We have always used Luxury Trips as they are most competitive with prices they have never been beaten in our experience. We always book our holiday with Georgina who caters for all our needs, nothing is too much trouble for her, she is a credit to your company and of course to her clients hence they keep returning. We have recommended the company to many of our friends who also now book their holidays with with Georgina she's a lovely friendly helpful girl.Keep up the good work it is much appreciated. I am fortunate enough to be able to travel 2 -3 times a year, since both myself and husband have retired. We always travel to Dubai once a year and then leave the rest to Georgina. We give her a budget and she comes up with some fabulous itineraries and ideas, we have never been dissapointed and she really does consider all our needs...nothing is too much trouble for her. Over the years i have reccommended friends and family and they feel the same, that she is valuable not just to us but to Luxury trips. We have had the best times and memories of our retirement and its all thanks to Georgina....She gives us the best prices which no other compsany has been able to beat to date....I highly reccomend this company and hope to have many more holidays with them.

I have not used travel companies too much as I usually book independently. While looking at some options for travel to Dubai I came across the Luxurytrips.co.uk site and received an offer which was more competitive than Virgin Holidays for exactly the same holiday. Made the booking and had some additional requests. Spoke with a very helpful operator called Boris who dealt with everything very quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a good, reliable and competitive deal I would recommend Luxury Trips, make sure you ask for Boris

I have booked several times with Luxury Trips and have never experienced any problems with my holidays. They have always been helpful and polite! My agent Toni shows great understanding with my needs and never gets frustrated even if I often change my mind. Professional and polite as well. Will definitely book with the agency again.

We have recently booked our multi-centre honeymoon with Luxury Trips & are thrilled with the result. Our consultant Manish was so helpful, upfront & honest right from the word go. He had extensive knowledge of the area & was very understanding of our needs. Due to the nature of our multi-centre honeymoon, there were lots of individual aspects to consider. He made this very easy for us to understand & constantly updated us with new options. We were also not forced or rushed into making our decision. We were given time to breathe & compare quotations with other companies. They were very competitvely priced in the current market. They came up with the best quotation by far! Another company then offered to match their price & they then took a further £300 of the price & threw in some lounge passes aswell! We couldn't be happy & are so excited about going on our honeymoon next year! xx

Luxury trips is at first friendly and helpful, then once they have your money they are sometimes rude and always very unhelpful indeed, This company is to be avoided,

An update- we arrived at the destination to find transfers. We were pleasantly surprised about this. We the went to the hotel and were told that we had to pay £55 for them. We were gobsmacked. Still trying to resolve this with a company who don't want to admit any liability and even find it strange that we are still chasing nearly £350 of our money which we should not have incurred!!!!!
