Just got back from our first holiday to florida. Cannot praise holiday genie and Mel enough for all the numerous enquiries I made and quickness of their replies . Finally decided on hotel lake buena vista resort village, again this hotel had been recommended by my holiday genie contact and cannot fault it one bit.
Even after the holiday was booked and payed for I was constantly emailing Mel with little queries. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We are all ready looking for the next holiday and will definatly be using holiday genie again.
