I have dealt with this company for several years now and my main complaint is that they are so very very slow. I try to check my supplies in plenty of time, allowing at least a month. Also they are delivered in individual packets (plastic) making a lot of land fill waste and in Dribs and drabs making it difficult to keep a check on when (or if) the order is complete. I have often had items missing but they have always put this right in the end. I could do without the hassle but they are the best value.
