I have just used this site for the first time, having been let down badly by www.wantthelook.com (along with countless other people)
Website is very easy to navigate and find the products you want.
First class delivery with all orders. (And they mean it!)
Free if spending £30+, otherwise £3.50.
Great communication updating you on the progress of your order.
Friendly emails with somebody's name at the bottom.
Apologised for a one day delay due to waiting for stock to come in.
Received my order within 2 days.
What more could one ask for?
I hope that they will do well so that they can stock more products.
