The day I made my purchase there was an internet glitch and my credit card was locked for suspicious fraud since this purchased was made out of the country I live in. HypnoShop customer service was very attentive in helping resolve this problem. I got instructions and several follow-up e-mails to assure my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. The site was very easy to follow, and there was nothing to find fault with.
