I just made a sizeable order a few days ago after taking a week to review all the products. I live in the USA so i'm expecting a bit of a wait on my order, but one thing that has me concered already is that i sent them an email February 5th and got an electronic response back promising to get back to me in two days and almost 5 days later I haven't heard anything back. Obviously living in the US, email is just much easier than trying to call, but if i haven't heard back from the first question, what if something really wrong comes up? Thats the main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. My credit card put a hold on the purchase bc it was overseas so I'm hoping that doesn't dely anything either. I will add another review on the total experience after I get my order in...if all goes well, i plan to make this a permanent source of my magick supplies.

The only reason they got one star is it would not let me give it no stars. I placed my order on December the 16th, it is now January 30th and I still have not received anything and I have asked for a refund three times. Received a reply if I wanted a refund to reply to their reply I did and still did not receive my refund nor have I received my order. They will say they closed for the holiday and yes they did but took ,y money four days before they closed and then still they have been opened since the 3rd and I still do not have my refund nor do I have my supplies so I had to purchase them from some where else. If I had been told they would be closed or they take forever to ship I would not have ordered from them. Ordered from here locally on a Saturday at 9pm and got my supplies in the mail Thursday. Do not purchase from these people they will not refund you your money and they will not send you your supplies either.

Upon my visit and while browsing the site I received multiple attempts to connect to my system and install content of a malware variant. I later discovered the site to have been blacklisted in online search results. Below includes a link to a Google diagnostics archive of the site that states "Of the 182 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 3 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2013-02-01, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2013-01-29." http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=www.pagan-magic.co.uk http://yandex.com/infected?l10n=en&url=pagan-magic.co.uk I am happy I did not make it past checkout and supply my personal and credit card details.

LOve the lay out of the web page..helps when looking for something. I had trouble stopping myself from buying much more :) I cant wait to receive my goodies

I have only looked at the information on the site and compared the prices as I live in the USA so I can't see the shop in person. The information provided in the study groups is very good and I have even kept the flyers they send out because of the included trivia. The prices are about the same though there are some things on their site that I don't see in the US. Overall, I like the site - I just haven't had the funds to make a purchase nor the ability to decide since I see you much that I would like to get. The only thing that is not great is the overseas shipping - but that isn't their fault.

I like the fact that there are so many products to choose from, especially for any kind of needs. The prices are very reasonable and in great quality. I have never been disappointed by this website.

I purchased a few jewelry items and items for good luck, etc. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is courteous & prompt. Order was expedited in a timely manner & I was thanked for my order. I also subscribed to their free newsletter & study group. I have learned so much from the people that run this site & store & its quite inspirational. They are very knowledgeable & caring. Their teachings are nothing but positive & enlightening. If everyone learned to be as nice as they are the world would be a better place. They strive to teach others to love one another, the beautiful planet on which we live & all elements in between, the stars, the moon & all the energies that make life possible. there is nothing I don't like about this site or their products.

Wonderful online resource, with lots of inspiration, great products and very educational. Even my children enjoy the daily facts. I read it to them every day. The products are reasonably priced. I enjoy receiving the study emails and reading through the forums. Would recommend Pagan Magic to all my friends.
