Do Not Buy from this Company

Placed an order and initially problems with processing payment - despite responding to emails this took 5 days to resolve and ended up with me calling the company as the emails were clearly not working.

Eventually received my goods only to find both free gifts which i qualified for were not enclosed.

I emailed to query this and was advised that both were out of stock, however I was not advised this when I called to resolve the payment issue - very misleading?

I then called and explained my disbelief in both items being out of stock and that the website or the customer services person should of made me aware or that an alternative product should of been enclosed.

As a result I was promised a call back and 5 days later I am still waiting.

My overall view, incompetent company, terrible service and misleading advertising of free gifts - I wish I had read this websites reviews and not trust pilot where if I look back now after every bad review within a few hours a couple of very good reviews appear?
