If I could give it no stars I would.
I ordered a foundation off lookfantastic.com a month ago. And it's still not here. I decided not to use tracking as I thought it would come within 2 weeks like any other website. Nope. I contacted them and they told me to wait UNTIL March which is a months time before they even investigate it. Are you kidding me? On their dispatch page, it says up to 10 days for international orders.. which is decent. What a big fat lie. I bet I won't even receive it and judging by the reviews on here, getting a refund back will be difficult as well. The foundation I want is only available on 3 website and they're all under the same company so I'll never be able to try it out. AVOID LOOKFANTASTIC.COM AT ALL COSTS
